1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of cellarart.dk and any purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. CellarArt is operated by CellarArt, Company reg no 46160851, CVR 46160851, Hvidkildevej 26, 8240 Risskov, Denmark.

2. Products We sell premium wine gift boxes and packaging. All product descriptions and prices are as accurate as possible. Prices are displayed in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment By completing a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with CellarArt. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship within Denmark and to selected EU countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@cellarart.art. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

7. Conformity of Goods Products must conform to the description provided. If a product is defective or does not conform, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
