1. Where We Ship We ship within Denmark and to selected EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@cellarart.art.

2. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

3. Delays If there is a change or delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

5. Import Duties & Customs Charges Orders shipped outside Denmark may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
