Return & Refund Policy – CellarArt

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

2. Return Conditions Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a full refund in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU. Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
6. Non-Returnable Items Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
